Packing & Labelling Specifications:
All product bags and boxes are printed with a Product Name, Code, Use By Date,
Ingredients List, Mixing Instructions and Manufacturer Details. |

Packing Sizes:
Packing of powder based blends is done in heat-seal food-grade foil-laminate bags in anything from 100 gram to 3.5 kg or in 25 kg paper bags with a food-grade plastic liner.
Bags between 1 kg and 3 kg are usually packed into boxes not exceeding 12 kg, but this can be changed to suit customer needs.
Liquid UHT ice cream and soft serve is packed into 5 or 10-litre plastic bags - 10 or 15 litres per box & 1 litre Tetrapacks - 12 per box.

Labelling of Bags:
Pre-printed foil bags are usually used for instantized milk powder for the retail market. For 'own brand' products, an artwork fee will apply and customers will have to commit to a minimum order to justify designing artwork, printing of an amount of foil and keeping stock of foil for follow-up orders. |

In-Line Printer:
An in-line printer prints each foil bag for powder bases with essential details like, name, product code, ingredients, mixing instructions, use-by date, etc. This can be done in any language for Exports. We have done English, Arabic, Russian, French and Chinese labels.

Labelling & Printing of Boxes:
All high volume products are packed into high quality pre-printed cartons. For contract packing retail size milk powder for exports, special retail display cartons can also be used. We can also pre-print your own cartons with your own company name and brand should volume justify and a small artwork fee may apply.Small volume orders for specific customers of only a few hundred kilo's (of a non-standard stock blend) are usually done in blank cartons, which are labelled with stick-on labels.
