YOGHURT SMOOTHIE BLENDER & SLUSH MACHINE BASE

YOGHURT SMOOTHIE BASE

A dairy based powder used in blenders or slush machines to make YOGHURT SMOOTHIES or YOGHURT SHAKES.

As a BLENDER BASE:

Simply blend base with ice, milk (or water), fruit and/or fruit juice in a blender.

As a SLUSH MACHINE BASE:

Mix it up, pour into slush machine and freeze down. Then blend with fruit and or fruit juice to create delicious fruit smoothies using a blender. (Medium to high volume stores).

These two methods are inexpensive, quick and easy ways to produce deliciously creamy Yoghurt Smoothies or Yoghurt Shakes.

ADVANTAGES of SHAKE BLENDER BASE:

>

Minimum equipment requirement.

>

No freezer space required as with frozen yoghurt or yoghurt ice cream & no loss of serving time due to time spent scooping ice cream.

>

Cost advantage over above mentioned frozen yoghurts.

>

Base has a 2-year shelf-life.

>

Contains active yoghurt cultures. (Lactobacillus Thermophyllis & Streptococcus Bulgaricus)

>

Base is LOW FAT.

>

Minimum space requirements. (No fridge or freezer space required!)

>

Superior taste, ease of operation & low comparative cost makes this a winner!
