Flavacols

Flavacols are concentrated liquid flavour and colour in a
water base. You mix it with liquid vanilla, plain or 'frozen yoghurt' soft
serve base to change it into one of 15 flavours! It is also used to flavour
neutral Granita Base, Shaved Ice or Shake Mix.

Packaging
One litre bottles. (6 to a box, but sold single)
Mixing Ratio and Instructions

For Soft Serve: Add 60 ml (3 caps full) to 9 litres liquid soft serve mix. This
can be changed to suit taste. |

For Shake Mix (For Special Thickshake Machines): Add 60ml to 1 litre liquid
thickshake mix. This will change a whole batch into say, Strawberry before you
freeze it down. |

For Granita: Add 60 ml to about 8 litres neutral liquid granita base to change
the whole batch into a specific flavour. This addition rate can be increased on
some flavours to suit taste. |

As a topping over Shaved Ice or over cups of neutral frozen slush: Flavacols
can be used to make a semi-concentrated topping using 60 ml (3 caps full)
Flavacol and diluting it with 1 litre of water. This topping is used by
squirting/pumping it on top of frozen neutral Frosty Ice Slush or Shaved Ice,
letting it dribble through the whole cup or Snow-Cone. |

How do they differ from the Fruit Syrups above?
The fruit flavours are not as natural tasting and the chocolate not as rich
as chocolate sachets. They are blends of artificial flavours and colours.
Although the most economic option, not necessarily the best. However, flavours
like Coffee are quite good.
