How to mix soft serve powder
1. Pour recommended amount of cool drinking water into a sanitized mixing pail as per mixing instructions on bags or boxes.
2. Open soft serve bag and slowly pour into mixing pail while whisking with a clean, sanitized, wire whisk.
3. Continue whisking for about 30 seconds or until all the sugar has dissolved.
4. Cover mixing pail and leave to stand for 10-15 minutes. *
5. Pour into soft serve machine and freeze down.

* After mixing up the soft serve, it can also be refrigerated for up to 5 days. A good idea is to mix up enough liquid base in quiet trade periods and have it ready to go when your mix runs low in your machine. Soft serve mix should not be frozen.

Note: Sanitizing is as easy as pouring sanitizer into correct amount of water and stirring it, then immerse mixing utensils in sanitizing mix for 5 minutes.
